Our products are guaranteed 100% for tenderness and from freezer burn. If for any of these reasons you are not satisfied, we will exchange or replace the product. Sunland Foods happily guarantees your satisfaction with out products. If you are not happy with any Sunland Foods meat products, please notify our office within three (3) business days of your purchase for exchange. The remainder of the product must be returned in resalable condition in original boxes in order for the guarantee to be valid. Also we guarantee our product for 12 months from date of purchase for replacement. Guarantee voided after 12 months.
